Steak Tips And Eggs
Today was Father's Day and my husband Steve loves steak! So I decided to make him some delicious steak and eggs using amazing quality steak from Butcher Box. Seasoned the steak tips with the one and only Dak's seasonings and paired it with some eggs and toast. Easy yet so decadent
Equipment
- Pan
- Cast iron skillet
Ingredients
- 6 0z. Grass fed beef sirloin tips Butcher Box brand
- Avocado oil spray
- Dak's steakhouse seasoning link and code on my homepage
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Eggs Eggland's Best
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Light rye bread
- Spray butter I can't believe it's not butter
Instructions
- First prep the sirloin tips. Remove any unwanted fat
- Season steak tips with salt, pepper & Dak's steakhouse seasoning
- Once ready place into hot cast iron pan or flat top. I used my Steel Made flat top. I also have a link on my homepage for that as well.
- Cook on both sides just for a few minutes. They won't take long. Set aside to rest
- While steak is resting, cook your eggs and toast how you like them and enjoy
- I garnished my eggs with fresh cut chives and the steak with fresh cilantro
