Greek Inspired Salad with Chicken

The most delicious salad that’ll keep you full for hours with lots of veggies and delicious chicken.

Meal prep this for the week into mason jars or just make this delicious chicken to be used for different meals throughout the week.

  • Air fryer or oven


  • 1 3-4 oz Chicken breast air fried or baked
  • Salt to taste for chicken
  • Black pepper to taste for chicken
  • Dak's Super Greek to taste or seasoning of your choice
  • 3 Cups Romaine Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup tomaotes Diced
  • 1/3 Cupe red onions sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Atheno's FF Feta cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Roasted red peppers chopped
  • 1 Mini cucumbers sliced
  • 2 TBSP Skinny Girl FF Poppyseed dressing
  • Dak's Everything But Tha Salt or everything but the bagel seasoning


  • Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and Dak;s Super Greek seasoning
  • Set air fryer or oven to 350/375 and cook until internal temperature is 165. Let cook then chop up
  • Assemble salad as you wish
  • Garnish or toss salad in green and garnish with Dak's Everything But Tha Salt
