Greek Inspired Salad with Chicken
A delicious Greek inspired salad

Equipment
- Air fryer or oven
Ingredients
- 1 3-4 oz Chicken breast air fried or baked
- Salt to taste for chicken
- Black pepper to taste for chicken
- Dak's Super Greek to taste or seasoning of your choice
- 3 Cups Romaine Chopped
- 1/2 Cup tomaotes Diced
- 1/3 Cupe red onions sliced
- 1/4 Cup Atheno's FF Feta cheese
- 1/4 Cup Roasted red peppers chopped
- 1 Mini cucumbers sliced
- 2 TBSP Skinny Girl FF Poppyseed dressing
- Dak's Everything But Tha Salt or everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and Dak;s Super Greek seasoning
- Set air fryer or oven to 350/375 and cook until internal temperature is 165. Let cook then chop up
- Assemble salad as you wish
- Garnish or toss salad in green and garnish with Dak's Everything But Tha Salt
