BBQ Grilled Chicken Salad

Equipment
- Grill or air fryer
Ingredients
BBQ CHICKEN
- 3 1/2 oz BBQ Chicken
BBQ SAUCE/MARINADE
- G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce or sauce of your choice
- Dak's BBQueen seasoning or seasoning of your choice
- Salt & pepper to taste
SALAD FIX INS FOR ONE
- 3 Cups Romaine Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Charred corn or canned
- 1/3 Cup Pico de Gallo https://chefallieskitchen.com/2022/07/14/pico-de-gallo/
- 1/2 Cup Cucumbers chopped
- 1 1/2 Slices of Sargento Ultra Thin cheese cheese of your choice
- 1/4 Cup Red onions Diced or sliced
- 2 TBSP Bolthouse Honey BBQ yogurt dressing
Instructions
- In a bag or bowl place the chicken breasts
- Season with salt, pepper & Dak's BBQueen seasoning
- Add the BBQ sauce in and marinade for 1-4 hours. More time the more tender it'll be
- Prepare the grill at a medium high heat
- After flipping chicken add more BBQ sauce on the top
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook until it reaches a165-degrees internal temperature
- Set aside and let rest for about 10 minutes before cutting
- Assemble your salad and enjoy
