Here is the BEST marinara from Alid. Not only is it cheap, but it is also DELICIOUS! I have never counted the Aldi marinara sauce because of the clean ingredients in it. There is ZERO oil and everything else is tomato and seasonings. So that is all ZERO ingredients.
You could use any cheese you’d like but I use fat free Kraft mozzarella. You can have 1/2 cup for only 1 WW point so WIN WIN!
I like to saute my veggies either the day before or a few hours before making the pizza, so they are all ready to go when it is time for dinner. I season all of my veggies with salt, pepper and usually Dak’s Green Zest. You can use any seasoning you’d like but if you’d like to try Dak’s Spices click HERE and use CODE:CHEFALLIE for a discount.
I usually like to switch up the veggies I use especially if they are on the way out of the door and making pizza is a GREAT way to use up stuff from your fridge or veggies that need to be used up before they go bad.
Sauteed onions or caramelized onions are my FAVORITE thing to ALWAYS have on hand.
Dak’s Spices are a spice that I use for just about anything. You can use whatever spices you’d like too but if you’d like to try out Dak’s Spices just use CODE:CHEFALLIE at Dak’s Spices for a discount.
I love using turkey pepperoni because it has less fat. 12 slices are only 1 WW point and that is a lot.
Here is how to make it:
- First make My Bizzy Kitchen Skinny Pizza Dough
- Place the dough into a bowl with a towel over the bowl and place into a microwave to proof for about an hour or so
- I make my dough in my Kitchen Aid mixer and place that bowl directly into the microwave with the towel over the bowl
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Once dough is ready, take desired amount of dough (I usually use 6 ounces)
- Take some avocado oil and spray the cast iron pan
- Roll the dough out making sure the dough comes a tad up the edges of the cast iron
- Put the sauce on the bottom
- Season the sauce with the oregano, onion powder, basil & Dak’s Italian blast
- Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce
- Take your desired toppings and place over the cheese
- Spray the crust lightly with avocado oil
- Sprinkle it with garlic salt
- Place into the oven until golden brown
- Garnish with salt, pepper (optional) and fresh basil
- ENJOY!
