Crispy Breakfast Tacos
These are something that is SO EASY and is also a yummy twist on breakfast.
You can have all 4 tacos for 4 WW, 431 calories and that is AMAZING!
Here is what you need:
- Air fryer or oven
- Mission ultra-thin corn yellow tortillas
- Fat free refried beans
- Eggs or egg substitute
- Fat free Kraft cheddar cheese
- Avocado oil or cooking spray
- Parchment paper
- Air fryer basket/trays
- Cilantro to garnish (optional)
- Salsa for dipping (optional)

These ultra-thin tortillas are the best for getting crisoy and delicious tacos.
You can use egg substitute or whole eggs. If you want to keep it less caloric, then use the egg substitute.

Crispy Breakfast Tacos
Equipment
- 1 Air fryer or oven
- Parchment paper
- Cooking spray
Ingredients
- 4 Mission ultra thin corn tortillas
- 1/2 Cup fat free refried beans
- 1 Cup Egg beaters or whole eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Dak's Spices Green Zest or seasoning of choice
- 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
- Cook and season your eggs then set aside.
- Place the corn tortillas down and smear the fat free refried beans on each half of the tortillas.
- Add the eggs followed by the cheese.
- Close the tortillas and place on a parchment lined air fryer tray or basket.
- Sprat the tops of the tortillas and add another basket or tray on top to prevent them from opening.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes and remove top tray.
- Spray the tacos again and place back into the air fryer flipping midway until crispy on both sides.
