CHICKEN PATTY INGREDIENTS
1 lb 98% Fat free ground chicken
1 Zucchini (medium) Grated and squeezed of liquid
¼ cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dried oregano
⅓ cup Fresh parsley Chopped fine
⅓ cup Fresh basil Chopped fine
⅛ cup Grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup Onion Chopped fine
1 tbsp Fresh garlic Minced
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
FIX-INS/TOPPINGS/BREAD
1 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese
1 cup Marinara sauce I used homemade
Fresh basil leaves

BREADING/BATTER
½ cup Egg whites
5 Wasa light rye crackers Crushed fine
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp Salt
⅛ Black pepper
1 Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees
2 In a large bowl add all of the chicken patty ingredients
3 Mix until combine but DO NOT OVER MIX *will cause a dry patty*
4 Divide chicken patty ingredients into 4 equal patties
5 In a separate bowl, combine the crushed crackers, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
6 In another bowl add the egg whites
7 Take each patty and dip into the egg whites then into the bread crumb mixture
8 Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray then place the patty onto the basket.
9 Once all patties are on the basket spray the tops of the patties with more cooking spray
10 Cook until the patties reach 165 degrees internally.
11 Add some cheese on each patty, place back into the air fryer until melted
12 Top with some warm sauce and onto a lightly toasted bun.
