Chef Allie’s Sauce
Enjoy this easy way to make a homemade sauce in less than an hour.
It is ZERO WW points and makes for a great pizza and pasta sauce!
Here is what you need:
- Sheet trays
- Parchment paper

- Fresh tomatoes
- Onion
- Fresh garlic
- Italian seasoning
- Dried oregano
- Salt Pepper
- Avocado oil spray
- Fresh basil

Chef Allie’s Sauce
An easier way to make some sauce at home in less than an hour

Equipment
- Sheet trays
- Parchment paper
- Food processor
Ingredients
- 15 Cups Fresh tomaotes Large chunks
- 1 Large Onion Quartered
- 8 Garlic cloves
- Avocado oil spray
- 1 TBSP Italian seasoning
- 1 TBSP Dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
ADD-INS
- 1/2 Cup Fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 TBSP Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Put some parchment paper down onto the sheet pans
- Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and place onto the sheet pans
- Place the onion chunks and garlic down on the sheet tray
- Spray everything with some avocado oil
- Season with Italian seasoning, oregano, salt and pepper
- Place into the oven for 30-40 minutes
- Once done, place everything from the sheet pans into the food processor
- Add the fresh basil and olive oil
- Blend for about 1-2 minutes
- Season with salt to taste and enjoy!
