Here is what you will need:
- Nutribullet or blender of choice
- Whipped cottage cheese (see notes on how to make it)
- Non-fat Greek yogurt
- Fresh jalapenos
- Red onion
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Stevia or sugar
- Fresh lime juice
- Black pepper
- Chef Allie’s Cranberry Orange Sauce
- Scallions
- Dipper of choice
- Thinly sliced crostini
- Tortilla chips
Here is how to make it:
- First place the cottage cheese into the blender until smooth.
- Add the whipped cottage cheese to a bowl.
- Next, add the non-fat Greek yogurt.
- Chop the jalapenos and onion fine and add to the bowl.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, stevia, lime juice and black pepper.
- Mix until combined.
- Place into your desired dish.
- Put my Cranberry Orange Sauce on top of the dip.
- Garnish with scallions.
- Enjoy with your choice of dipper (crostini, crackers, veggies etc.).

Equipment
- Nutribullet or food processor
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Good Culture 2% cottage cheese Whipped
- 1 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 Medium Jalapeno Diced fine
- 1/2 Small Red onion Diced fine
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 packets Stevia
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 TBSP Fresh lime juice
Topping
- 1 Cup Cranberry Orange Sauce Click HERE for recipe
Garnish
- 1/4 Cup Scallions Sliced thin
- Black pepper
Instructions
WHIPPED COTTAGE CHEESE INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the cottage cheese into a blender until smooth.
REMAINING INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl add the whipped cottage cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, diced jalapeno, diced red onions, onion powder, garlic powder, stevia, black pepper and lime juice.
- Mix everything up and put into dish of choice.
TOPPING
- Add my Cranberry Orange Sauce on top of the dip.
GARNISH
- Garnish with the thinly sliced scallions and more black pepper.
