Here is what you will need:

  • Nutribullet or blender of choice
  • Whipped cottage cheese (see notes on how to make it)
  • Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Fresh jalapenos
  • Red onion
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Stevia or sugar
  • Fresh lime juice
  • Black pepper
  • Chef Allie’s Cranberry Orange Sauce
  • Scallions
  • Dipper of choice
    • Thinly sliced crostini
    • Tortilla chips

Here is how to make it:

  1. First place the cottage cheese into the blender until smooth.
  2. Add the whipped cottage cheese to a bowl.
  3. Next, add the non-fat Greek yogurt.
  4. Chop the jalapenos and onion fine and add to the bowl.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, stevia, lime juice and black pepper.
  6. Mix until combined.
  7. Place into your desired dish.
  8. Put my Cranberry Orange Sauce on top of the dip.
  9. Garnish with scallions.
  10. Enjoy with your choice of dipper (crostini, crackers, veggies etc.).

  • 16 ounces Good Culture 2% cottage cheese Whipped
  • 1 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Medium Jalapeno Diced fine
  • 1/2 Small Red onion Diced fine
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 packets Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 TBSP Fresh lime juice

Topping

Garnish

  • 1/4 Cup Scallions Sliced thin
  • Black pepper

Instructions

WHIPPED COTTAGE CHEESE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the cottage cheese into a blender until smooth.

REMAINING INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a bowl add the whipped cottage cheese, nonfat Greek yogurt, diced jalapeno, diced red onions, onion powder, garlic powder, stevia, black pepper and lime juice.
  • Mix everything up and put into dish of choice.

TOPPING

GARNISH

  • Garnish with the thinly sliced scallions and more black pepper.
