Air Fryer Nachos

When it comes to nachos, I cannot say no! They are so delicious and super versatile. These MASSIVE nachos were done in no time and only 7 WW. Click HERE for WW points in the WW app. 

Here is what you need:

Here is how to make it:

  1. In the silicone air fryer insert add some parchment paper cut to size of insert
  2. Add the Quest protein chips and roasted cauliflower (optional)
  3. Add the pinto beans, fat free refried beans and fat free cheddar cheese
  4. Spray the top of the nachos with some cooking spray to help melt the cheese
  5. Place into the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted
  6. Garnish with some shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, banana peppers, the ranch yogurt and cilantro

  • 1 Individual sized bag Quest loaded nacho chips or chips of choice
  • 3/4 Cup Roasted cauliflower Chopped
  • 94 grams 96/4 lean taco beef meat or taco meat of choice
  • 1/3 Cup Pinto beans Rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 Cup Fat free refried beans
  • 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
  • 1 Cup Shredded iceberg lettuce

  • 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning


  • Cilantro Chopped


  • First prepare your taco meat as you wish and set aside
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees
  • Place the parchment paper into the silicone air fryer liner (optional)
  • Add the chips, roasted cauliflower (optional), taco meat, pinto beans, refried beans and cheese into the silicone liner.
  • Spray the top of the cheese to help melt (optional)
  • Place into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Once done, add the shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, ranch yogurt and cilantro


Serving size is one
