Air Fryer Nachos
When it comes to nachos, I cannot say no! They are so delicious and super versatile. These MASSIVE nachos were done in no time and only 7 WW. Click HERE for WW points in the WW app.
Here is what you need:
(Full recipe is below with quantities)
- Air fryer
- Silicone air fryer insert
- Quest loaded nacho protein chips
- Roasted cauliflower (optional)
- Taco beef (96/4 lean)
- Pinto beans
- Fat free refried beans
- Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
- Chef Allie’s Pico De Gallo
- Nonfat Greek yogurt
- Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
- Banana peppers
- Cilantro
Here is how to make it:
- In the silicone air fryer insert add some parchment paper cut to size of insert
- Add the Quest protein chips and roasted cauliflower (optional)
- Add the pinto beans, fat free refried beans and fat free cheddar cheese
- Spray the top of the nachos with some cooking spray to help melt the cheese
- Place into the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Garnish with some shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, banana peppers, the ranch yogurt and cilantro

NACHO INGREDIENTS
- 1 Individual sized bag Quest loaded nacho chips or chips of choice
- 3/4 Cup Roasted cauliflower Chopped
- 94 grams 96/4 lean taco beef meat or taco meat of choice
- 1/3 Cup Pinto beans Rinsed and drained
- 1/3 Cup Fat free refried beans
- 1/2 Cup Kraft fat free cheddar cheese or cheese of choice
- 1 Cup Shredded iceberg lettuce

RANCH YOGURT DRIZZLE
- 1/4 Cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Hidden Valley ranch seasoning
GARNISH
- Cilantro Chopped
Instructions
- First prepare your taco meat as you wish and set aside
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees
- Place the parchment paper into the silicone air fryer liner (optional)
- Add the chips, roasted cauliflower (optional), taco meat, pinto beans, refried beans and cheese into the silicone liner.
- Spray the top of the cheese to help melt (optional)
- Place into the air fryer for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Once done, add the shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, ranch yogurt and cilantro
