Talk about a yummy summer dinner that requires no stove, oven or grill! So on a hot summer day, throw this together and you’ll have a decadent dinner in minutes.

Recipe serves 4 – 6

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can ( 16 oz. ) Chicken Of The Sea real canned crab meat ( I got mine at BJ’s wholesale club )

• 1/2 Cup diced red onions

• 1/2 Cup diced celery & any celery leaves if applicable

• 1/4 Cup light mayonnaise

• 1/3 Cup non fat Greek yogurt

• Zest of 2 lemons

• Juice from 1-2 lemons

• 1T Dak’s Nothing But Ranch seasoning

• 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

• 1/4 Cup chives ( chopped finely )

• Salt & Pepper to taste

STEPS:

• Combine all listed ingredients from above in a bowl. Serve right away or store in the refrigerator for later on.

• I served mine on a light hotdog roll with some lettuce & tomato
