Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Patties

Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Patties

These chicken patties have been my absolute FAVORITE lately!

They are NOT dry in any means, only 2 WW, 360 calories and they have 48 grams of protein in them each.

They are great for meal prep, sandwiches, on top of salads, as is and even as a breakfast option with a side of eggs and fruit.

Here is what you will need:

  • Air fryer or oven
  • Ground 98%-99% fat free chicken or turkey
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Hidden Valley ranch dry seasoning mix
  • Fresh dill or dried dill
  • Fresh parsley or dried
  • Dak’s Spices Nothin But Ranch seasoning (optional)
  • Kraft fat free cheddar cheese
  • Center cut bacon
  • White northern beans
  • Nonfat Greek yogurt

This is the BEST air fryer oven on the market. As a family of 5 it has the MOST space and everything comes out AMAZING. Click HERE for this air fryer.

White beans have been my favorite ingredient to add to my chicken burgers. They add amazing flavor as well as bulking them up for low calories and ZERO WW points.

You can use ground 98% fat free chicken or turkey. You can also even ground up your own chicken breast in a food processor as well.

I usually ALWAYS have the Hidden Valley ranch seasoning on hand. I use it for so many things, especially adding amazing flavor to recipes like this. It makes great for making dressing with yogurt as well.

I LOVE this spice, it is VERY versatile, and the flavor is fantastic. Order HERE and use code CHEFALLIE for a discount.

I use Kraft fat free cheddar cheese and Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese for a lot of my recipes. They are low in calories as well as low in WW points. If you rinse off any fat free cheeses, they melt a lot better.

When you add the nonfat Greek yogurt to a lean meat, it helps keep the meat moist and it also tenderizes the meat you are marinating it in as well.

I usually buy Aldi center cut bacon, but you can use whatever bacon you would like. This bacon is easier to find than Aldi. The calories are great for the Oscar Mayer brand as well.

    Hi Allie!

Iโ€™m giving these burgers a big thumbs up. Iโ€™ve tried eating โ€œgarden burgersโ€ but I miss the texture of meat. These were a perfect combo with the beans and ground chicken. Thank you so much.

Over the weekend weโ€™re giving your black bean barbecue burgers a try. They sound yummy, too.

    1. Chef Allie Avatar

Thanks so much!!! So happy you loved them!!!

Hello Allie, do you think garbanzo beans would work with this as well?

    1. Chef Allie Avatar

They could but they also have that skin on them and arenโ€™t as soft as northern beans. Do you have any other beans at home?
